November, 13th -15th, 2015:
We decided to
OPEN our one-year training for a few more people, who would like to join it in NOVEMBER 2015. For people, who already know our teaching well, it's possible to join the training just for single weekends.
If you are deeply interested in the fusion of CI and tantra and already have experience in contact improvisation and meditation or tantra, you are welcome to contact us. In a talk we find out, whether it would fit for you and us that you join our group of the one-year training. We are looking forward to more people, who are ready to meet themselves, their innerness, the others and the space in dance.

~~~
We focus on human encounter in dance.
The original way of teaching Contact Improvisation is focussing on the physics (rolling point, flying skills, reaching, taking weight, falling). Through tantric aspects we enrich this way of teaching and we bring new and surprising aspects to it.
The emotional, spiritual, and sensual aspects of dance become as important as the physical aspect.
We explore spaces of encounter, in which eye contact, qualities of touch, chakras, subtle inner spaces are important. Our base is the encounter with yourself; to listen to yourself , the conscious sensing of your own body (proprioception), the perception of inner sensations, inner energies, stream of thoughts and their effects on the dance.
We experience qualities of touching and getting touched (sparsa) as a key to a new experience of Contact-Improvisation and wholesome being.
More important than questions like how do i lift, how do i roll, how do i fly are presence and being in the moment! Dancing thereby becomes a deep human experience and spiritual practice.
In this, we will explore, what it means to be aware of yourself and to be with others. We will experience what it is like to sense yourself and the others at the same time. Which quality of touch do I like, which do I not like? Am I able to articulate a very clear "YES" "or "NO" to a quality of touch or a dance? How do closeness and distance arise, not only externally but, mainly, internally?
What thoughts, affinities and aversions come up in my dance and how do they influence my dance? What do I expect from my dance partner, consciously or unconsciously?
What happens when I instrumentalise the others and use them to feel myself? What kind of experience takes place when I do not want anything from my dance partner, and my dance partner does not want anything from me?
Can my dance evolve freely and dynamically without intention, concept, or aim?
Basic themes are: dealing respectfully with myself, self-responsibility and empathy in dealing with others. I am invited to become aware of my personal boundaries, limits, and taboos and to look at them affectionately. I can preserve them, experiment with them, or outgrow them.
Contact improvisation and Tantra let us experience the higher self, connection to the universe, the world, the others and immediate authenticity in encounters. This training enriches your love life and living in relationships.
Teachings include tantric meditation, kundalini yoga sadhana, contact improvisation technique and skills from a tantric point of view, elements of body work, and massage.
